Preparing Your Estimate

• Call or email Burnham Building and Remodeling to request an estimate. Calls are returned that day.
• You WILL speak to the owner, Robert Burnham
• Rob will personally come to your home and evaluate it for FREE.

Getting Started

• Within three business days, a detailed proposal will be prepared for you. This all-inclusive proposal includes a complete description of the work to be done and the estimated cost.
• Once you accept the proposal, a start date is scheduled.

Completing Your Project

• Rob supervises the project until its completion.
• Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Period.
